Complies with the guidelines of the accounting systems as used by units such as ComUnion or Netsuite and any systems that the Group Management may use. Ensures that all checks prepared tallies with the requirements of the unit in terms of amount in words and in figures, check date as required by unit and payee's name as required. All other administrative duties that may assign from time to time. Monitors series of checks and daily checks issued. In charge of posting of all vouchers in the Communion System or any systems that the company might use. Ensures that all advance payments to suppliers and or advances of employees subject for liquidation are liquidated based on company guidelines.
